Yes. Reilu PhoneFix provides a repair warranty on eligible services and replacement parts. Warranty terms depend on the repair and part used. We will explain the applicable warranty before starting the repair.A diagnostic fee of €39.90 applies if the customer does not proceed with the recommended repair, or if the reported issue is found to be unrelated to the requested repair/service. The diagnosis includes device testing and fault assessment to determine the cause of the issue and the appropriate repair solution. If the customer proceeds with the recommended repair, the diagnostic fee is waived and the agreed repair price applies.
